Waterford Place is part of the Sunset Retirement Communities & Services. We are a local, Christian, nonprofit organization.

Waterford Place offers active independent living for West Michigan seniors.
Our picturesque setting features homes that range from 700 to 1,300 square feet, and are designed with you in mind with full kitchens, individually controlled heat/air, internet access, cable television, and full size washer & dryer units. In addition to your private home space, 30,000 square feet of amenity space is there for you and your guests to enjoy at leisure.

We offer a wide range of community amenities and activities. These include your private lake with a paved and lit walking path, fitness center, woodworking shop, sunlit garden room, library, two private dining areas, and more.

The fully equipped kitchens give you options: to prepare your favorite family recipes or to socialize with friends over a scrumptious meal in our dining room, where you will enjoy a variety of dishes prepared by our culinary arts team.
