Brookcrest is part of the Sunset RetirementCommunities & Services. We are a local, Christian, non-profit rehabilitation & life center.
Brookcrest offers short term rehabilitation for seniors having joint replacements, back or shoulder surgeries,or are recovering from a heart attack or stroke.
We also provide long term residential skilled nursing care, and dementia care for seniors throughout West Michigan.
We offer one-on-one therapy, so you'll work with the same people each day, which has been shown to increase recovery time. We are also in the the top 5% of agencies in the state for staff-to-resident ratios.
