In March of 2016, Dan Hibma spoke to members of the Chamber introducing his Grand River Waterway Project, an initiative that will benefit West Michigan by safely linking the Grand River water course from Lake Michigan to downtown Grand Rapids. It’s been three years and Dan will share their progress including both feasibility and economic studies.
