Floriza Genautis, Founder and CEO of Management Business Solutions

Ms. Floriza Genautis was raised in the Philippines and attended college at DeSalle University. After her graduation in 1990, she set her sights on Silicon Valley, where after a period of clerical jobs she ultimately landed in recruiting. In 2003, Ms. Genautis relocated to West Michigan with her family. In 2006, she founded Management Business Solutions, a staffing firm / recruiting agency. Throughout her career, Ms. Genautis has learned to successfully navigate the world of networking. She will share with you her strategies and tools to help you improve communication, feel more confident in social situations, and build stronger relationships. Ultimately helping you to grow your business and elevate your career.

$15 - Members (lunch only)
$50 - Table Sponsor: Promote business via 1-minute commercial to attendees, decorate the table with business swag/promo materials, includes lunch
$250 - Event Sponsor: Same benefits as Table Sponsor, plus business logo on the invitation for all nine chambers, verbally recognized during welcome speech.
Lunch: Chicken Salad Wrap, served with kettle chips & a pickle
Includes coffee, iced tea & water
