Brian Calley, President & CEO of the Small Business Association of Michigan will give an update on top trends for 2024 and how best to prepare for the year ahead.  Additionally, he will address workforce shortages as 2023 proved to be a challenging year to recruit and retain employees.  Brian will forecast where we are and where we are going in this space along with resources and benefits to address those needs moving forward.
