You will then participate in a Speed Networking style session with the students where they can ask questions and learn more.\n\n \n\nHere is some feedback from previous events:\n\n \n\nJHS STUDENT: "The coffee talks were a great experience to talk to business people in our community. I enjoyed listening to their stories and what they do for a job\, I also appreciated the advice that they gave us."\n\nCHAMBER MEMBER: "Thanks for making this happen! It was great to talk with the students and the interactive format provided great opportunities to both talk and listen to the students!"\n\n \n\nGRANDVILLE\n\nWEDNESDAY October 16 From 10:30A - 11:30\n\nLocation: Grandville High School\n\n \n\n \nThe Grandville Jenison Chamber is partnering with local Educators in both Jenison and Grandville Public Schools. Our hope and desire is to create a unique partnership between local business and educational leaders to build a collaborative foundation for local students to explore numerous career pathways that lead to personal growth and local employment.\n\n Why is it a priority of the Grandville Jenison Chamber to Develop and Nurture Partnerships between Educators and Businesses? \n\n \n\n\n\n Develop a positive relationship between the school and community businesses.\n Provide opportunities for students to gain knowledge about career paths.\n Provide the community with graduates who are knowledgeable of the available careers within West Michigan.\n Provide students with positive role models within our community.
