There are a variety of ways to get connected and volunteer?.  Commit to any of these opportunities and you are an official Grandville Jenison Chamber ?Member in Action?.
 
Become a Chamber Roadie for our Bi-Annual Grandville Jenison Chamber Roadshow
Twice a Year, YOUR Chamber is going on the road to share with existing members and non-members our role as the leading business organization! We partner and collaborate with Business Leaders, Elected Officials, Educators, Organizations and Citizens to come together with a shared vision for the betterment of our community!
 
Who:  Chamber Staff, Board Members and Chamber Volunteers (Members in Action)
What:  We will be going on the road for 2 hours a day thanking existing members for their investment and educating non-members on who and what we do?.
 
When: The Week of April 8 -12 & The Week of August 5 ? 9
 
Where:  We will meet at Chamber Office, 2939 Wilson and divide into groups.
 
Why?     Ensuring our existing members are educated on all of the benefits of membership.
Growing our membership! There is strength in numbers. The larger our membership, the stronger the voice and the bigger impact we can make in our community.
 
 
Chamber New Member Ambassador
 The opportunity to serve as a Chamber Mentor for new Chamber Members. Deliver new Member Packets and receive special invitations to Member Open Houses and Ribbon Cuttings.
 
Attend Ribbon Cuttings/Grand Openings ? No obligation, just sign up to receive notifications.
 
Coffee with Students        (January - March, October - December )
This one-time /one hour commitment offers an opportunity to interact with students and business leaders in both Grandville and Jenison.   Only requirement is to give a two minute commercial and then be paired up with 2 students at a time in a fast and fun format of Speed Networking.    Sign up for one of the months above at either or both of the schools.
 
 Lead a Small Group ? Small Groups
These new groups will kick-off in March, look for more information the week of February 11.
The new groups will be formed around a shared interest and common goal and will be run solely by members of the group. There will be no cost to join these groups and the meeting times and frequency will be determined by members in each group. Feel free to contact us if you have a group you would like to lead and form.
