Passion – building leaders with purpose unleashes passion
Longevity - People who serve and work in an area they are encouraged in have greater longevity and commitment
Building a healthy culture is crucial. The character of each person, chemistry of the team, competency and capacity of each person, plays a role in determining the team you lead.
